Someone who knows your systems before they break.

Reliable technical support that keeps your people working. We resolve issues quickly, keep devices patched and managed, and reduce the number of things that go wrong in the first place.

  • Remote helpdesk and telephone support
  • On-site visits across London and Essex
  • Device setup for new starters
  • Windows updates, patching and endpoint management
  • Printer, peripheral and account troubleshooting
  • Monthly plans or pay-as-you-go

Cyber security

Practical protection, sized to a small business budget.

Cyber security for organisations without a security team. We identify what would actually hurt you, fix the cheap wins first, and write it down in language you can take to a board or a trustee meeting.

  • Cyber risk assessment with written findings
  • Microsoft 365 and account security hardening
  • Multi-factor authentication rollout
  • Device and endpoint protection
  • Phishing and staff awareness guidance
  • Backup, recovery and data protection review

Microsoft 365 administration

Set up once, properly, so it stops being a problem.

Most Microsoft 365 tenants we inherit were set up in a hurry and never revisited. We tidy them up: correct licensing, secure defaults, sensible sharing rules, and mailboxes that behave.

  • New tenant setup and business email
  • Migration from Gmail, POP mail or an old provider
  • Exchange, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint configuration
  • Licence review to stop paying for seats you don't use
  • Security baselines and conditional access
  • Ongoing day-to-day administration

Networking & Wi-Fi

Coverage that holds up in the back office too.

Wi-Fi problems are rarely solved by a new router. We survey the building, find where the signal actually fails, and design something that covers it.

  • Wireless site surveys and coverage planning
  • Router, switch and access point installation
  • Office and multi-room network setup
  • Cabling and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Guest Wi-Fi separated from your business network
  • Broadband and provider liaison

Computer & laptop repairs

An honest diagnosis, then a fixed price.

Desktops and laptops, business or personal. We diagnose first and quote before any work begins — including telling you when a machine has reached the end of its useful life.

  • Screen, battery, keyboard and hinge replacement
  • Virus and malware removal
  • Windows and macOS reinstallation
  • SSD and memory upgrades
  • Performance tuning and cleaning
  • Data backup, transfer and recovery

Mobile & tablet support

New phone, same everything else.

Device setup, data transfer and security checks for phones and tablets — the jobs that take ten minutes if you know how and an entire evening if you don't.

  • New device setup and configuration
  • Contacts, photos and data transfer
  • Email and Microsoft 365 on mobile
  • Security and privacy check
  • Software troubleshooting
  • Business device enrolment
CCTV cameras mounted on a building exterior
CCTV installation & support

Specified for the site, not sold from a catalogue.

We look at the property, work out what actually needs covering, and install a system you can rely on — then keep it maintained so the footage is there when it matters.

  • Site survey and camera specification
  • Installation and configuration
  • Remote viewing on phone and desktop
  • Recording, storage and retention setup
  • Signage and GDPR guidance for businesses
  • Maintenance, fault-finding and upgrades

Common questions

Before you get in touch.

Do you provide remote IT support?

Yes, and it's usually the quickest route. Most account, email, software and configuration issues are resolved remotely the same day. We come on site when the problem is physical — hardware, cabling, Wi-Fi coverage or CCTV.

Do you work with home users as well as businesses?

Yes. Repairs, new device setup, Wi-Fi, printers and home CCTV are a normal part of what we do, and home visits are available across east London and Essex.

How much does a repair cost?

We diagnose the fault first and give you a fixed price before starting. If the repair isn't worth the money, we'll tell you and explain the alternatives instead of doing the work anyway.

Do I have to sign up to a monthly contract?

No. Support plans suit businesses that want predictable cover and a known cost, but one-off work is quoted individually and you're free to use us that way.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes. We'll audit what you have, document it, take control of your Microsoft 365 tenant and domain properly, and agree a handover plan so nothing goes offline in the process.

Do you supply hardware, or just fix it?

Both. We source laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, networking equipment and CCTV, then configure and install them so they arrive ready to use. See technology supply.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes — fifteen minutes on the phone or a short visit, with no obligation and nothing to sign. If we can point you at a free fix, we will.

Next step

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the problem and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a repair, a project, or something you can fix yourself in five minutes.
